Please note iSeek’s servers will be undergoing essential maintenance on Thursday, October 30th, starting at 8:00 AM.
The outage is expected to last between 2-3 hours.
To complete this work safely, we will need to physically move our servers, which means all hosting, websites and email services will be temporarily unavailable for up to 3 hours.
This maintenance is part of a major upgrade to both our server hardware and software. Once completed, you can expect:
- Improved performance and reliability of all hosted websites and email services
- Faster load times and enhanced system stability
- Better long-term security and efficiency
- Updated version of the Operating System on the Server
We understand downtime is inconvenient, and we have scheduled this work early in the morning to minimise disruption, the last time we had to do this work was back in 2017. All services are expected to be fully restored by 11:00 AM on the same day.
